The wedding will take place on Saturday, February 6, 2027 at Bougainvillea Estate in Indio, California. The ceremony begins at 3:15 PM, with cocktail hour and reception to follow.

Both the ceremony and reception are outdoors at Bougainvillea Estate. February evenings in the desert can be cool , we recommend layering up or bringing a light jacket for later in the evening.

Please plan to arrive by 3 PM so you have time to find your seat and get settled before the ceremony begins at 3:15 PM sharp. We will be providing drinks before the ceremony while you wait.

Very limited parking is available at Bougainvillea Estate. We encourage guests staying at nearby hotels to consider rideshare. Street parking is unavailable. Please indicate on your RSVP if you will need parking.

YES! We hired an on-site event nanny that we ask you please utilize during the ceremony, however kids are welcome at the reception. Nanny services will be provided from 3pm–10pm.

We're having an unplugged ceremony , we kindly ask that phones and cameras be put away so everyone can be fully present. Our photographers will capture everything beautifully, and we'll share the photos with you after the wedding.

Our photographers will share a link to the wedding photos within a few weeks after the wedding , we'll send a text blast to everyone once the album is available.

More details on transportation will be posted to the Travel page as we get closer to the date. We recommend keeping Uber and Lyft handy for the evening.

The dress code is Formal Attire. Think: floor-length dresses, or suits/blazer with dress pants. Bow tie or tie optional but preferred. No jeans please! Full permission to re-wear that one favorite outfit that always looks great on you!

Please avoid white, ivory, and champagne out of respect for the bride and groom. All other colors are welcome!

The venue has a mix of grass and patio surfaces. We suggest avoiding stiletto heels. Block heels, wedges, or dressy flats are perfect choices , and your feet will thank you by the end of the night.

February in Indio is beautiful but can get chilly after sunset, typically in the low 50s°F. We recommend bringing a light jacket or something warmer if you run cold.

The closest airport is Palm Springs International (PSP), approximately 25 minutes from the venue. Ontario (ONT) and LAX are also options, about 1.5–3 hours away.

East PA, NJ, and NY: Newark (EWR) has the only direct flight to PSP on United, once per day at 9am.

Absolutely! From Joshua Tree National Park and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway to world-class golf, spas, and the famous El Paseo shopping district, there's something for everyone. We recommend making a long weekend of it!

If you're flying into PSP and staying near the venue, Uber and Lyft work great. If you're flying into ONT or LAX, a rental car is recommended for the drive out to the desert.

Life happens! You can change your RSVP right on the site. Please try to do so as early as possible so we can adjust our plans accordingly.

Your presence is the ultimate present to us. If you insist on giving a gift, our home fund can be found on the Gifts page , anything is greatly appreciated.

There will be a section for dietary restrictions in the RSVP form. If you have a severe allergy, feel free to contact us directly so we can make sure you're well taken care of.
